An application was filed through the USPTO on August 7, 2007, for an iCar service mark, serial number 77249071.

It does not appear that Apple has anything to do with this application. A cursory search of "Apple iCar" and "iCar Apple" did not yield any results on the USPTO web site, but domainers might do well to do future searches on the site.
